For the followers of Sayed Al-Fadlallah (ra), the Sharia Office announces that Sunday, March 30, 2025, is the first day of Eid al-Fitr. Eid Al-Fitr prayers will be held at the Al-Mahdi Centre starting at 9:30am.
For the followers of Sayed Al-Sistani (May Allah preserve him), astronomical predictions indicate it will not be possible to sight the crescent moon of Shawwal with the naked eye at sunset on Saturday, March 29, 2025, anywhere in North America. Therefore, Sunday will mark the completion of Ramadan, while Monday will be Eid and the first day of Shawwal, God willing.
For the followers of Sayed Al-Khamenei (May Allah preserve him), we will update you tonight regarding any crescent moon sighting.
