About Sr Israa Safieddine:
Sayyida Israa Safieddine is an Islamic educator and consultant from Michigan. She holds an MA in Public Administration from the University of Michigan with a focus on assessment and evaluation. Her Islamic studies include time at Jami`at al-Zahra in Qom and al-Qaem Institute in the U.S. From 2016–2018, she taught theology at the Hawza Ilmiyya of England.

She is a founding instructor with Workshops for Islamic Educators (WIE), serves as interfaith coordinator at Risalat International Institute and a instructor for Islamic Literacy https://islamic-literacy.org/about-us/. In 2022, she co-founded the Oasis Institute for Outreach & Education (visit edoasis.org), a platform created to meet the growing demand for quality Islamic programs for sisters.
